Food has always been a point of interest for me. In 2003 my father was diagnosed with celiacs disease. This meant he would no longer be able to eat anything containing the gluten protein found in cookies, pasta, and all bread products. Even though it was my father who was diagnosed, the whole family started to eat gluten free.
